Shipping policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
During peak periods (holidays, sale events), processing may take up to 5 business days. We will notify you by email if there are significant delays.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, your shipment may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
- TimeLens ships packages with accurate customs declarations as required by law. We do not under-declare values.
- Customs processing times are beyond our control and may cause delays beyond the estimated delivery window.
- If you refuse a shipment due to customs charges, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
- EU customers: VAT may apply to all goods and may be collected upon delivery.
- UK customers: customs duties and VAT may apply.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the shipping confirmation email is sent.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information. If tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days (US) or 30 business days (international), contact us and we will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs duties, we will contact you. A reshipping fee may apply. Refunds for undeliverable packages will exclude original shipping costs.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to:
- Countries subject to international export sanctions
- Specific remote areas where carrier service is unavailable
